SHIPPING POLICY

At Ivory Mist, we offer free shipping on all orders over $50. We use discreet packaging to ensure your privacy. Shipping costs for orders under $50 are calculated at checkout. We ship all orders within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Ivory Mist only sells disposable vapes to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, and we require age verification prior to purchase. We do not ship to states where we are prohibited by law.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Ivory Mist. If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. We will provide you with a return shipping label and issue a full refund once we receive your returned item.

Please note that we can only accept returns for unopened, unused products. If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately and we will replace it at no additional cost to you.
